Opening an account is safe and easy with your online banking credentials. Click on the "Open an account" button, select your bank, and make your first deposit. Your account will be created upon deposit and you can then also log in using your online banking credentials.

No need! Your details will be automatically verified when you create your account and no further verification or documentation is required for the time being.

You can view your personal details in the "My details" section of your profile. You can edit the information where the option to do so is available. Our customer service will assist you with updating other information if necessary.

You can set your account on a break from your profile. Just select the period that suits you and the break will take effect immediately. During the break you will not be able to log into your account or play any of our games. Once the break is over, your account will be available for normal use again.

All money transfers to Pelikaani are processed quickly and securely via online banking. We offer instant deposits from all online banks as a standard online payment.

All deposits to Pelikaani are processed free of charge, as is the first withdrawal of the day. Fees may be applicable to subsequent same-day withdrawals. You can always see the fee amount in the withdrawal window if a fee is applied.

Withdrawals are processed immediately by Pelikaani, if you so choose. By clicking the "Pay Now" -button next to the transaction, it will be sent immediately.

If you would like to continue playing with your remaining balance, it is suggested to only send the withdrawal at the end of the game session. In case you win again with your remaining balance, you can withdraw the full amount without incurring any fees.

In exceptional circumstances, withdrawals are processed manually by our payments department. These can include:

- Exceptionally large sums of money

- Situations where there has been no gaming activity on the account since the last deposit (deposits must be rolled over once in the products we offer).

- Possible malfunctions

Even in these cases, the withdrawal will be processed within 24 hours.

Problems with online banking payments are extremely rare, but sometimes they can happen.

If for any reason your deposit is interrupted in the middle of the process and no funds have been debited from your bank account, you can try again. If your deposit has been debited from your bank account but did not reach your account at Pelikaani, the transaction will be automatically canceled. In these situations, the funds will automatically be returned to your bank account within a few business days.

You can open the search window by clicking on the search bar at the top of the site. Enter the name of the game, or a part of it, in the search box to find what you're looking for. 

The more specific your search criteria, the more accurate the results. For example, when searching for Wild Frames, you should enter the word "Frames" in the search box instead of "Wild", as the word wild is very commonly used in game names.

You can see a list of available providers in the "Providers" tab in the game lobby. You can also search for providers in the search window.

First you should try restarting the game. The game round should automatically resume from the same point. 

If the problem persists after a restart, you can try to open the game in Incognito/private browser mode. Using the private window will disconnect the game session in progress and may thereby fix the issue. The game round details are always stored in the game, and the round should continue from the same point also in this case.
